What can I expect at an appointment?
When you arrive at the pharmacy, the staff will greet you and seat you at the waiting room. We will see you as quickly as possible – average waiting time is 15 minutes.
What happens if I am a new patient?
You may have referred yourself, have been referred by another specialist or by Medical Insurance. We will discuss your drug regimen and ask about your medical history.
If you have previous examinations and tests related to your current condition, please bring those along to the consultation. Also bring any copies of letters from other doctors or recent medication. It will help us to help you.
If follow-up consultation or further consultations are required, we will indicate this and the staff will let you know the date and time of your next appointment.
Do you have blood pressure or glucose, weight station facilities?
We provide FREE Blood Pressure and Blood Glucose Level tests and monitoring on-site. We also have the proper equipment to make a full body assessment to help create your own personalized health plan and better serve you.
Do you take prescription refills for children at your pharmacy?
Provided that the minor is accompanied by the responsible parent or guardian at his/her first visit.
Do your offer Influenza and other vaccines?
Our licensed pharmacist will administer the right vaccine according to state guidelines and will send vaccination documentation to your primary physician or school in case of students.
Do you take prescription refills from other pharmacies?
You can transfer your prescriptions to our pharmacy at any time. Simply bring all the necessary information about your primary physician and the pharmacy where your prescription is currently being processed and we will arrange to have it transferred to our pharmacy at no cost to you.
Insurance and Billing
Do you accept my insurance?
We accept most of the national and state recognized Insurance companies and their affiliates. You can call us to verify if we accept the insurance provider with which you are currently enrolled.
If this is not your case, or if you have no insurance coverage then you will be expected to pay the bill in cash, debit, credit or pharmacy gift card prior to receiving your prescription refills. The original receipt, the signed copy of the bill, the detailed prescription refill are given to you in order to be delivered to your private or state insurance for reimbursement.
If you don’t have an insurance coverage, feel free to come by our pharmacy to discuss your options. The billing procedure is as explained above.
